If you accidentally spot a small stain, don't panic! Act quickly and calmly, before the stain sets in. First test the stain remover on a small, discreet area, then clean. Avoid using bleach or any other product that could alter the colours of the fabric. No need to rub: gently dab with a sponge and let the product do its job.
Do not use the iron directly on the cushion covers. Preferably steam or, failing that, place a cotton cloth between the iron and the cover.
